NEW in 2019 we bring you fitness programs designed to improve your tennis game, strengthening not just your muscles, but your confidence!

Cross training is great for your game...

But this isn’t just for tennis players! Fitness classes are open to all GFS&T members at affordable rates. Due to limited space, classes require advanced registration.

Sign up for one (or more) 30-minute segments to try out our new fitness program and meet Coach Alex. Each group is limited to 4 participants, first come, first serve!


Group 1: 9-9:30am

Group 2: 10-10:30am

Group 3: 11-11:30am


Group 4: 6-6:30pm

Group 5: 7-7:30pm
