Seasonal Court Time Requests
Requests will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.
Instruction for Requesting Seasonal Court Time:
1. Click the link at the bottom of this page to bring up the Tennis Bubble Court Time Schedule Request. Please print and complete the form. Mail the completed form to Great Falls Swim and Tennis Club, P.O. Box 33, Great Falls, VA 22066. Only the member(s) listed on the GFS&T Club membership are allowed to request seasonal court time agreements.
Note: A member's dues must be current before a court time request can be filled.
2. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE REQUEST FORM FOR EACH REQUESTED COURT (include optional second and third choice times for each requested primary court time). You may purchase seasonal time for more than one court, but a separate form must be completed for each court on which you intend to purchase seasonal time.
3. The Business Office will schedule your court time request. If your desired court times are not available, you will be contacted directly with alternatives.
4. Once the court time has been scheduled, a "Tennis Bubble Court Time Agreement" will be mailed to the member that requested the court (Team Leader). The Agreement will show the reserved time, break down of charges and the total amount of due. There will be two copies, one to be returned with payment, the second copy is for your records.
5. The Team Leader must sign the Agreement and submit it along with a single check payment to Great Falls Swim and Tennis Club, P.O. Box 33, Great Falls, VA 22066.
6. The Tennis Bubble Court Time Agreement and payment must be received within 30 days. If an agreement and payment are not returned within 30 days the court time will be released.
7. Your cancelled check will be your receipt.
Note: The member that requested the court will be designated as the Team Leader and will be the point of contact for communications and billing. The team leader will accept on the behalf of their group, that purchasing seasonal court time constitutes a commitment and will be considered their time whether they use it or not. There will be no refunds issued for cancellation of court time. There will be no refunds issued for missed days. The GFS&T Tennis Bubble Court Time Agreements are non-transferable.
